Accounting Assistant (Part-Time)

Job Responsibilities

• Ensure that one or more administrative support processes (document scanning, document retrieval, data entry, cashiering, IT support) are executed and meet daily, weekly, and monthly service levels
• Execute timely and accurate transactions
• Assist in the resolution of discrepancies and data maintenance

Job Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Basic computer experience
• Basic accounting exposure or experience
• Ability to work shift hours between 8am and 6pm Monday-Friday

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree
• Beer/alcohol industry knowledge
