Accountant – Junior Level

Venair is a leading manufacturing company focused on silicone hoses and flexible silicone pieces developing for the most demanding sectors, such as pharmaceutical, biotechnology and aerospace with 15 offices in Europe, North America and Asia and 2 manufacturing sites in both Vietnam and Spain.

Within the US, we have sales offices in FL, PA, CA and IL.

Due to our fast expansion, we are currently looking for a junior accountant to join our U.S. main office located in Miami Gardens (FL).

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

– Responsible for the daily operations of monthly financial closing (accounts payable, accounts receivable, …)

– Perform monthly, quarterly and year end reporting to the Group CFO

– Ensure that all accounting and treasury provisions are processed efficiently and recorded effectively in an accurate and timely manner

– Ensure a strict control on cash/ funds management

– Invoice registration

– Travel Expenses Control

REQUIREMENTS

– Bachelor’s degree in related field from a four-year college or university with one to three years related experience

– Must have proficiency with various software applications programs including Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word, and Excel.

– Experience in using Microsoft Dynamics NAV (ERP) is a plus

– Knowledge and application of generally accepted accounting principles.

– Meticulous attention to detail and strong organization skills

– Excellent written and verbal communication skills

– The ability to prioritize multiple tasks

– Authorized to work in the US for any employer
