Account Payable:

We are currently seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist for a job opportunity in Detroit, MI must have recent high-volume accounts payable experience for consideration. As the Accounts Payable Specialist, you will be responsible for the full-cycle processing of vendor invoices for multiple entities.

Accounts Payable job responsibilities:

Entering invoices and credits Data entry Reconcile accounts and verify vendor information Three-way matching of AP invoices Qualifications:

Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to process invoices quickly and accurately

Ability to handle stressful situation and remain focused on objective Recent high-volume and multi-entity accounts payable experience Strong Excel skills and ERP system experience

Excellent work ethic and attention to detail

PREFERRED:

Experience with great plains an asset

Knowledge of Accounting and Accounts Payable principles

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $35,000.00 /year
