A/R Analyst

Amazing growing company in Tempe is looking for an Accounts Receivable Analyst.

Pay $20 – $23 an hour, amazing benefits, generous vacation structure.

A/R and collections experience with large retail customers like Home Depot, Lowes, and Walmart etc. a plus

The role requires advanced Excel skills (e.g. vlookups, pivot tables), also experience with downloading reports from vendor systems into Excel to match invoices/payment status aging a plus. EDI experience or knowledge would be a plus (but not required).You will be downloading and analyzing A/R data so this experience/skill is a must. Cash application experience is a also a huge plus.

Looking for someone who is very technically saavy and aggressive about keeping AR aging in check, Someone comfortable dealing with collections for large customers as well as small mom-and-pops, etc. Someone who is dependable and trustworthy.
