Our competitive 10-12 week paid graduate internship is an unparalleled opportunity to develop as a leader while sharpening your analytical skills. The individual selected for this internship will be responsible for partnering with members of the enterprise strategy team and business partners across the organization on enterprise strategy projects such as:
  • Helping lead corporate strategy initiatives across the company
  • Aligning business strategy processes with corporate processes
  • Supporting the governance and monitoring systems across the organization to meet regulatory requirements as well as organizational needs
  • Supporting key management processes for effective strategy execution

Qualifications

  • Pursuing an advanced degree, preferably an MBA.
  • Experience at a top-tier management consulting firm preferred.
  • Possessing an indisputable work ethic with a hands-on approach defined by a strong intellect, professional charisma, leadership skills, resiliency, and a track record of proven results.
  • Strong analytical skills and a good understanding of business practices and principles.
  • Demonstrated track record of experience in the following business skills:

    Helping to lead high-profile, cross-functional strategic initiatives, from both a process management and thought leadership perspective.
  • Solves complex business problems using a multi-disciplined, analytical and fact-based approach
  • Experienced at building effective working relationships at all levels of an organization
  • High level of intellectual curiosity and persistence; sound business judgment; strong analytical skills; fact-based and pragmatic approach; high level of intellectual and ethical courage
  • Strong financial services expertise. Experience in payments, consumer credit and banking channels.
  • Effective communicator in business contexts, both orally (speaking well and listening well) and in writing, to both senior and more junior audiences
  • Must be comfortable with ambiguity and have the ability to seek out required information to complete tasks
