ACCOUNTING ASSISTANT- HOME OFFICE

This Home Office position will share our passion for hospitality and be someone who understands the value of delivering genuine hospitality along with these additional qualifications:

  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Experience working with Microsoft Office Excel
  • At least six months experience with CMR/RBRT in good standing
  • Accounting background and experience working with Great Plains preferred but not required
  • Ability to work Tuesdays and Wednesdays of each week preferred

As a Part-Time Accounting Assistant your essential duties and responsibilities will be:

  • Responsible for retrieving, sorting and coding invoices/vendor statements
  • Assisting Accounting team with filing
  • Frequent communication with all store locations and managers
  • Assist Accounting team with audits and special projects
