YARDI System Administrator and Trainer

Position Summary: This position will be responsible for providing overall administration, troubleshooting and training and technical support for our property management software at the corporate and property level. Essential Functions/Major Responsibilities: • Manage the administration of roles and responsibilities of the YARDI platform • Train staff on the functions of the REACH workflow in YARDI • Provide technical support to ensure accurate processing for site operations • Provide an ongoing assessment and development of YARDI to identify opportunities for process improvement and implement them • Provide any reporting as required by senior managers Required Statement: REACH employees are expected and required to behave in a professional and courteous manner in doing REACH business and dealing with other staff, residents, and all contacts inside and outside the organization. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: • Experience with Property Management Software and an understanding of workflow for property management • Working knowledge of accounting • Excellent communication skills with a high orientation to effective customer service • High attention to detail Education and Experience: • Minimum of two (2) years of experience of support in YARDI • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Computer Science, or equivalent work experience

The duties of the job are primarily performed in an office environment. There is some exposure to noise in the work environment, which is usually mild to moderate.
