Workday Integrations Lead – REMOTE OPPORTUNITY

The Senior Integrations Lead works as part of the HRIS project team to ensure successful deployments of Workday’s various integration products, tools, and services.

The Senior Integration Consultant will help manage the integration deliverables associated with Workday implementation projects.

This role must have a deep knowledge of service oriented architecture design principals, common integration design patterns, in-depth knowledge of Workday’s various integration technologies, Workday’s Implementation methodology, and will combine those skills to deliver successful integration deployments.

Responsibilities

Design, Build, Test, and Deploy Integration solutions for HCM Workday

Ability to help resolve integration issues requiring in depth expertise in the Workday solution

Demonstrated integration experience in Human Resources related domains, (Payroll, Compensation, Benefits, Recruiting, etc.) and/or Financials Management.

Coordinate assigned deliverable schedules to ensure timelines are met. Provide guidance on integration strategies.

Contribute to the user experience with Workday’s integration products, tools, and services in a way that results in high user satisfaction

Required Skills

5-10 years implementing Human Capital Management/Financial solutions, including (ideally) 3+ years implementing Workday solutions

5+ years Human Resource, Compensation, Payroll or Financial software application experience

5+ Years integrating systems with third-party service vendors

Command of Service Oriented Architecture Concepts

EDI, Web Services, XML, XSLT, Java, .Net or other integration technologies a plus

Workday certification

Preferred Skills

Ability to work in a diverse, fast paced environment and effectively collaborate across teams

WebLogic, WebSphere, Snaplogic, WebMethods, or other middleware experience a plus

Ability to juggle multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously

Team player who will work across the organization and company to continue improving the way we serve our customers

Excellent communication, sales, negotiation and presentation skills

Bachelor degree or advanced degree preferred

Ability to learn technology quickly through instruction and self-training

Personable, outgoing and community-oriented

Great sense of humor, self-motivated and driven

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $170,000.00 /year
