Qualifications of Wireless Store Manager

• Lead the store team with unparalleled store experience which improves customer loyalty and strengthens the T-Mobile Brand
• Motivates the Sales team to exceed key performance objectives
• Meeting all Compliance measures to pass audits
• Provide continuous feedback and coaching to improve both the store and individual performance
• Delivers operational and merchandising excellence
• Complies with all operational policies and procedures including the Employee Code of conduct
• Keen eye for detail and efficiency, with the ability to multi-task
• Ability to work well under pressure and can adapt quickly to change
• A criminal background check will be conducted.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong Customer Service and Retail Sales Experience

Requirements of Wireless Store Manager

• Bachelor’s Degree or 4 years related work experience post high school.
• 2 Year Supervisory Experience
• 4 Years Retail Experience
• Employees must be available to work a retail schedule which includes evenings, weekends and holidays, (aside from reasonable accommodations or military obligations).
• Must have reliable transportation
