Wireless OSP Project Manager

Description:

This person will manage the T-Mobile Small Cell and the AT&T Small Cell projects here in Las Vegas. There are 232 total sites.

Requirements : Knowledge of project management techniques and previous experience in the telecommunication industry

Project Management Skills and Abilities

• Ability to define and create the project scope documents, project plan, financial plan, resource plan/requirements, project goals and deliverables.
• Leading the operational, financial and technological aspects of projects based on project schedules and work plans.
• Coordinate directly and indirectly with project staff to ensure successful completion of the project – Directing, supervising, supporting and coordinating the project team members/staff.
• Tracking project deliverables using project management tools (MS Project, MS Excel, Milestone charts, etc…).
• Resolving, tracking and escalating critical issues to minimize project risk factors.

• High school or equivalent

• Project Management: 3 years
• OSP: 2 years
• Fiber, Coax: 3 years
