Windows Support Technician

As a Windows Support Technician you would get to work in a collaborative environment to provide Heroic Support to our Windows server customers.

You would:

• Provide professional and friendly server support consistently via telephone, chat, and electronic help desk
• Develop a deep understanding of Liquid Web’s products
• Install and configure Windows Server operating systems and software
• Troubleshoot a wide variety of Windows Server and WIMP stack concerns
• Identify industry trends and recommend new product ideas

You have:

• Solid working knowledge of Windows Server
• Basic understanding of the WAMP/WIMP stacks
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Superior problem solving skills
• The ability to work in a team based environment
• The availability to work flexible hours
