Wholesaler Financial Controller

  • Role is a cross between a CFO and a “Financial Engineer” with routine exposure to senior Logistics, Supply, and commercial leadership
  • Working with designated Logistics and Commercial Sr. Directors to open and help close performance gaps, track financial performance, and track operational performance
  • Complete annual budget cycle with designated Logistics and commercial team(s).
  • Complete on-site and centralized process improvements with designated Logistics and Commercial team(s).
  • Travel with designated Logistics and Commercial team(s) to evaluate current performance and open gaps for improvement.
  • Assist in preparing, attend, participate in Project Management and Tracking & Monitoring meetings with designated Logistics and Commercial team(s)
  • Coordinate annual performance target setting for designated Logistics and Commercial team(s)

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required – Business, Finance, Accounting
  • (5+) years’ experience in Accounting or Finance
  • Project management experience managing large capital and/or systems projects involving change management.
  • Needs to understand Innovations Process and understand market trends in beer.
  • Demonstrated strengths – planning, communicating, training, analyzing information, complex problem solving, ability to influence and work at all levels of an organization.
  • Self-Starter with “Ownership” mindset with the ability to simplify complex financials to ensure accuracy and transparency.
  • Ability to collaborate with diverse groups, handle multiple projects in multiple locations simultaneously and deliver results that exceed expectations.
  • Advanced Excel skills required, additional technical skills (SQL, VBA, Access, SAS, Visual Analytics, etc.) preferred.
