Web/Mobile Support Developer

Summary:

Web developer with Javascript (JQuery), AJAX, HTML5, CSS experience

Responsibilities:

Design, develop, integrate/mash-up web pages with Javascript/AJAX, HTML5/CSS

Work closely with in-house/offshore/customer teams in a fast paced and challenging environment

Support customers online/on phone 50% of time

Desired Skills and Experience

Requirements:

B.S., in Computer Science or related field

2+ years of Javascript/JQuery Experience

1+ years of HTML/5/CSS experience

1+ years in Responsive/AJAX front end development

1+ years of AJAX, jQuery, JSON

2+ years of experience supporting teams/customers directly with web applications over the phone and/or in person

1+ years of iOS/Android/HTML5 Mobile App Development

Strong sense for consistent design of user interfaces, usability and accessibility

Flexible attitude

Ability to learn and adapt in a rapidly changing environment

Able to work well independently and within a team

Extraordinary communication skills

Familiar with SLAs
