Duties and Responsibilities:
Problem solves/analyzes, troubleshoots and debugs complex distributed systems, analyzing system specifications and requirements to derive approaches for implementation of programs. • Experience with Application and Development STIG, Application Services STIG, ACAS, and SRRs of SQL Server.

Development of C# .NET application(s) that heavily interacts with Active Directory Services.

Development of AJAX enabled .NET Web Applications, Version Control Systems, Hypertext Transfer Protocol and the Representational State Transfer architecture.

Development of Portlets and Web Services for Remote Portlets for a Web Portal Platform.

Development of Windows Dynamic Linked Libraries (.dll) in Visual C/C++.

Development of Single Sign On (SSO) solutions for BMC Remedy AR System, Oracle Web Center, and SharePoint 2013 Services, and Networking, Windows and Active Directory Administration.

SQL Server configuration management, optimization, administration, development in client/server architecture, business object modeling and relational database design using MS SQL Server, and SharePoint 2013 development/integration technologies with emphasis in .NET application development. •Experience directly related to the development of MS SQL driven applications.

Experience in Web Services design, particularly identity management and security.

Knowledge of DOD and DON IA Policy, and DISA Security Technical Implementation Guidelines (STIGs) for application and database development.

Education & Work Experience Requirements:
Associate’s Degree in Management Information Systems or Computer Science from an accredited college or university or Associate’s degree with 2 years’ experience

CompTIA Security+ CE required

MCTS or MCITP in SharePoint Configuration/Administrator is highly desirable.

MCTS or MCITP: SQL 2008 DBA is desirable.

Three years’ experience related to the development of WEB-based applications using C#, .NET and Java technologies with emphasis in .NET application development.

Experience directly related to the development of MS SQL driven applications.

Experience with Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) development and implementations.

Work requires certification at IAT Level II in accordance with DoD 8570.01 and SECNAV 5239.2

Must possess a strong understanding of configuration and administration of Microsoft IIS and the .NET Framework, Integrated Windows Authentication, Kerberos and Directory Services Authentication, PKI and SSL troubleshooting, configuration and development.
