Position Summary : Support the Mission, Vision, and Culture ofShoes For Crews by serving as a Midto high-Level ColdFusion Developer within our web programming team. Responsibilitiesinclude maintenance and improvements of our e-commerce web platform and supportof day to day e-commerce marketing operations. This position reports directlyto the web programming manager.

Essential Job Functions : Createnew web applications, enhance and maintain existing ones for our proprietary e-commerceplatform, website and integrated internal business processes using ColdFusionas the primary server-side scripting language and MS SQL Server.

Key Responsibilities andAccountabilities : Responsiblefor the full Software Development Life Cycle, including meeting with users,obtaining requirements, designing systems, coding, source control, creating andexecuting test plans, deployment and quality assurance.

Minimum Requirements: 7+ years as a ColdFusion Developer; coding, designing and optimizing high-traffic, mission-critical applications 7+ years creating Object-Oriented ColdFusion applications 7+ years working with Microsoft SQL Server 2005-2014 as a developer Development of ColdFusion applications using CF11 and above, using ColdFusion Components, Object Oriented Designs and Concepts Solid knowledge in relational databasedesign and development (T-SQL), SQL Server Business Intelligence Strongability to develop using HTML, JavaScript, CSS, AJAX, jQuery, WebServices, XML, JSON and Adobe PDF products Experiencewith ColdFusion frameworks ExcellentPC skills; MS Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook Developmentof ColdFusion applications in a code-managed environment with process-releasemanagement in place is a plus

Skills and Abilities : Mustbe extremely detailed and organized Musthave excellent verbal and written communications skills Strongexperience working both independently and in a team-oriented collaborativeenvironment Ability to effectively divide and manage time to work effectively on many simultaneous projects in a fast-paced environment Strongdocumentation and debugging/?QA skills Regular exposure to business stakeholders and executive management, as well as the authority and scope to apply your expertise to many interesting technical problems. Candidate must have a strong understanding of UI, cross-browser compatibility, general web functions and standards. The position requires constant communication with colleagues. Deep expertise and hands on experience with Web Applications and programming languages such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JQuery and API’s. Deep functional knowledge or hands on experience with Web Services (REST, SOAP, etc ..) is needed to be successful in this position. Strong grasp of security principles and how they apply to E-Commerce applications. Experiencewith Source Control tools (e.g. GIT ? ) is aplus Graphicdesign and an eye for aesthetically pleasing user experiences are a plus Experiencedeveloping customer-focused applications serving international markets invarying languages is a plus Experiencewith mobile site optimization and development is a major plus Experiencewith native apps on various devices (iOS, Android) is a major plus

Education : Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field
