Web Developer / Webmaster -3 month contract

Five9 is a 200 million dollar leader in cloud based contact center solutions and one of the fastest growing companies in the bay area. To complement our rapid growth we are currently sourcing for a savvy Web Developer to join our Enterprise Application Team. Our headquarters is located in San Ramon, CA, and we continue to expand globally. As a key member of the Enterprise Application Development team, you will:

Primarily Focus on Frontend implementation and support for the corporate website as well as other customer-facing websites
Develop, support and maintain the Intranet and other web sites.
Be the Webmaster for Five9 web properties

The most successful candidates have strong analytical, troubleshooting, and coding skills, great communication skills, and a desire to tackle complex large-scale problems.

Key Responsibilities:

Be the primary contact for Front-End
Design, build, maintain, and deploy Five9 corporate website and other web properties
Review and approve website service requests, interpret visual designs into code, develop plans/recommendations, and collaborate with business users and stakeholders on projects
Write supporting technical requirements, design, and operational documentation
Maintain and develop current CMS Templates

Key Skills:

3+ years of professional web development experience
Strong Front End UI experience using JavaScript, JQuery, HTML5, CSS 3.0, LESS
Experience with responsive web design
Experience with cross-browser and cross-platform (Desktop, Mobile, etc.) development and testing
Experience optimizing front-end code for peak performance
Experience with MySQL/MSSQL and PHP
Experience with Shell Scripting and SSH
Good working knowledge of SOAP and REST APIs
Experience with using GIT or like as a version control solution
Experience with full Software Development methodologies
BS degree in Computer Science preferred
