Web Developer

Master Service Companies (Master Dry), a regional leader in the basement/crawlspace waterproofing and foundation repair industries, is looking for a Web Developer to add to our growing team! The Web Developer will join our creative marketing department (nicknamed “The Loft”) and help develop new ideas for generating leads among homeowners in our service area, which consists of over 1 million homeowners. The Loft consists of a team of creative and analytical marketing professionals who like to have fun while also impacting the continued growth of Master Dry. Our Web Developer will work closely with our Advertising Manager, Graphic Designer, and Videographer to develop niche marketing campaigns that drive increased awareness and response.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and optimize Master Service Companies’ web properties, while focusing on lead generation efforts
• Plan and execute digital marketing strategies through paid search, digital display, social media advertising, and more
• Be accountable for reaching lead generation goals through digital marketing channels
• Report upon digital marketing performance through the use of Google Analytics, Google Adwords, and other Excel Ad-hoc reports

Job Requirements:

• 3-5 years experience within web development
• 1+ years experience working with Google Adwords (SEM)
• Must have managed an annual digital marketing budget of $100,000 or more
• 2-3 years experience with HTML, CSS
• 1+ years experience in responsive web design

Preferred Experience:

• Working knowledge of online/offline tracking best practices
• Working knowledge of Javascript/PHP
• Experience working with a graphic designer in the creation of custom themes and web templates
• Adwords certification
