We are seeking…

A highly driven and passionate In House Web Designer (UX/UI) / Front End Developer to work with our existing development team designing interactive websites as well as owning front-end coding within the organization. Highly Proficient in Photoshop, HTML/(S)CSS (Incl. HTML5/CSS3), JavaScript/jQuery and other scripting languages Knowledge of current development trends such as NodeJS, Composer, Bower, AngularJS, etc.

In this job you will:

Design creative including websites, direct response landing pages, email templates and flyers
Develop pixel perfect front end code and integrate within our existing CMS (WordPress)
Create and convert PSDs into HTML
Collaborate with the team to come up with new ideas to help increase conversion rates.
Provide recommendations to update existing html for best practices
Use innovation to maintain or redefine existing collateral and websites

What makes you a great fit for this role (Requirements):

Demonstrable Web Designer & Developer skills with a strong portfolio
5+ years experience designing cutting edge websites
3+ years’ experience print design
2+ years designing direct response marketing materials
2+ years experience with Node.js or similar
2+ years working within WordPress environment
Well versed with responsive design and UX design principles. Solid understanding of cross-browser implementation
Proven expert in responsive websites, landing pages, emails, newsletters
Fluent in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Acrobat, Keynote, Microsoft Powerpoint, Microsoft Word
PHP and mySQL background are a plus
Experience with video editing applications like Adobe Premier and After Effects a huge plus
