Web Design/Developer I

We are seeking a fun and clever web developer to be part of our creative team. The ideal candidate will be a hybrid personality: a programmer who has the passion of a designer with a strong desire to constantly grow their technical and creative skills. As our company and client portfolio grows, the job duties of all team members will evolve so you get as much out of your experience as we do.

Minimum Requirements:

Technical

• Bachelor’s degree in web development/design, computer science, or related study
• 0-4 years of experience
• Proficiency in HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, SQL, PHP, WordPress, and application of these with multiple OS, browsers and mobile platforms
• Familiarity with SEO and UI/UX best practices and Adobe CC Suite
• Knowledge of multimedia and graphic design is a plus
• Power to creatively adapt current knowledge to new problems and to learn new skills or programs as needed for the position

Orgometry is a startup boutique marketing agency located in West Houston. Our mission is to develop marketing strategies and identify targeted solutions for our clients based on their specific sales and outreach objectives. To best serve our clients, we seek to be their single point of contact for all marketing projects by handling production work completely in house or through collaboration with our industry partners.
