Web Applications Developer

We are looking for a full-time junior web applications developer to join our team. We have both in-house development staff as well as outsourced resources – communication abilities in person and online are important. The ideal candidate should be interested in good software development policies and practices. Interest and skill in graphic and UI/UX design is desired.

Our office is in a great location in downtown Portland. Amenities include a gym and secure bicycle rack.

Responsibilities:
Web application development on a Microsoft stack

Troubleshooting software bugs and issues

Reviewing requirements and providing LOE estimates

Managing content through administrative interfaces

Solving design needs for both web applications and marketing material

Required Skills

Required Experience

Related Bachelor’s degree or 4 years of experience and education

0-2 years of experience in software development

Experience with full stack web application development

Experience with C# .NET, JavaScript, CSS, HTML, SQL

UI/UX knowledge including cross-browser, Material, responsive web design

Beginner to intermediate aptitude with Adobe Photoshop

Ability to communicate effectively both in person and online

Attention to detail (grammar, spelling, accuracy, proofing…)

Intermediate aptitude with Microsoft Office

Experience with creating marketing material such as signage, logos, and banners a plus

Experience with Angular a plus

Experience with MVC a plus

Experience with Azure a plus

Experience with Bootstrap/JQuery a plus
