Warranty Administrator – Service and Repairs Department

Duties:
The warranty administrator plays a vital role in ensuring that the warranty documentation process is executed professionally and that customers are kept informed of the progress of warranty items. The successful candidate must display a basic understanding of Osborn’s product range and must be able to articulate well to customers. A technical qualification and 5 years’ experience in a similar capacity is required. Intermediate Microsoft Word and Excel along with exposure to an ERP system is essential.
