Position: Instructional Designer

Location: Downers Grove IL

Duration: 9+ Months

Job Description:

· 5 – 7 years of experience as an Instructional designer (would be okay to have Technical Writers), create learning experience

· Good to have WalkMe (but not mandatory) or Digital adoption platform experience, develop and edit content, okay to have other tools experience but should be willing to learn WalkMe

· Assess learning needs and come up with learning/help content

· Create content for guiding user of a system so that user can become more efficient at executing the work

· Experience designing, developing, and delivering emerging learning solutions

· Experience working with SAP/SFDC as content designer would be a good plus

· Plus would be able to provide video recordings/editing as required

· Should have excellent written and communication skills

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $40.00 – $50.00 per hour
