VR Customer Service Associate – Part Time

THE VOID is a fast growing company, and we need talented VR Customer Service Associate to help us to success as we charter our path to the future. This person will join our team by helping customers Step Beyond Reality. The ideal candidate is someone who has experience with customer service and is friendly, outgoing, motivated, and flexible. Help us build the future of THE VOID!

Greet every customer with a smile and a positive attitude

Check customers in with pre-purchased tickets

Be trained and proficient on a variety of front-line positions as business needs require

Upsell potential merchandise sales

Provide a safe environment for customers

Adhere to all company policies and procedures

Resolve or escalate any customer concern/question as needed

THE REQUIREMENTS

Must be 18 or older

1 – 2 years of front-line customer service in hospitality, tourism or retail environments strongly preferred

Can work in a fast paced environment and under pressure

Deal with monetary transactions and customer privacy with high integrity

Aptitude for technology, troubleshooting and VR preferred

Ability to follow written policies and procedures

High school diploma or equivalent required

Professional appearance and demeanor

Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal

Ability to work evenings, weekends, and/or holidays

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Stand for extended periods of time

Lift up to 20 lbs unassisted on a regular basis

Bend, kneel, and twist
