About the role:
The InMobi Global Marketing team is looking for a proactive, resourceful and skilled Visual / Motion Designer who can own the ideation and design of breakthrough marketing materials for the North America market to raise brand awareness and boost sales activations.

Reporting into the Head of North America Marketing and working closely with the Global Head of Design, this role will focus on working side by side with a team of talented marketers to bring their narratives to life through a wide range of field marketing collaterals.

You will be leading all stages of the creative process, ranging from brainstorming groundbreaking new storytelling concepts to crafting and animating next-gen of marketing collaterals, product demos, and high profile thought leadership materials. This position plays a pivotal role in enabling the regional marketing function to successfully launch new products and features and grow supply and demand client adoption for the North America region across our three distinct business segments: Publisher, Performance Advertising and Brand Advertising.

You’ll partner with a talented team of designers and developers part of our global marketing organization to construct creative and interactive marketing solutions that impact our global brand through our digital marketing channels including the InMobi website, blog, and social media channels.

What you’ll do:

• Be a critical member of our regional marketing organization, owning InMobi’s North America brand design execution across the various communications channels, from website to sales enablement collateral.
• Conceptualize, design, and animate elegant visuals that clearly communicate high value to our users, and bring to life InMobi’s stories in the most impactful way possible.
• Partner with the regional marketing managers to establish strong visual narratives across multiple work streams, successfully translating complex technical briefings and ideas into appealing designs and layouts.
• Assist in executive level and high impact storytelling, and information sharing through visual and video narratives with special focus to sales and business development.
• Create inspiring eye-catching and well-designed presentations, one-pagers, whitepapers, motion graphics, conference keynote graphics, event projections, web assets, highly refined digital compositions and print collateral.

Qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience as professional Visual and Motion designer.
• Expert skills in Visual and Motion design tools such as Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Premiere, PowerPoint, After Effects, CINEMA 4D, 3ds max, etc.
• A crisp portfolio that demonstrates user-centered design approaches, high creative visual concepts, and confident motion design skills.
• Ability to craft and communicate concise, impactful, and delightful visual systems and narratives.
• Outstanding attention to detail – every pixel (and frame) matters.
• Ability to communicate, and work collaboratively and independently with people across the organization both locally and globally.
• Comfortable working across a variety of functional teams in a fast moving, dynamic setting, and able to juggle multiple tasks and projects at once.
