More About the Position

Our team of 30+ marketers, designers, developers, writers, and specialists is growing quickly. Our clients see us as inbound advisers and trusted confidants and strategists — so we’re looking for a smart, passionate designer to help with client projects.

You would be responsible for creating UX strategies, conducting research, creating fantastic design solutions for client projects. Additionally, you would work collaboratively with tech and marketing teams to create best-in-class solutions. Your work will include UX research, wire framing, information architecture, concept designs, website design, app design, branding, illustration and other creative assets.

We will expect for you to push the boundaries of your skills and knowledge — and continuously better yourself as a designer and professional while at Ironpaper. Learning is critical to Ironpaper’s culture.

Qualifications include:

Candidate should understand modern design principles and have an understanding of interactivity from a design perspective.
