Description

Responsibilities:
Develops professional expertise while learning the key aspects of the job

Applies creativity and company processes to resolve a variety of routine issues

Works on problems with limited to moderate scope ( feature level or small projects)

Normally receives general instructions and mentoring on routine work and detailed instructions for new assignments Qualifications

For projects of low to moderate complexity Assists in: Discover phase

Competitive brand / visual audits

External trends analysis Define phase

Visual design goals and principles; input to delight goals

Visual design process, schedule, milestones

Mood boards and inspirational representations Delivers: Design phase

Multiple concepts and iterations, with special focus on:
Overall layout and visual hierarchy

Color, brand and typography

Iconography, photography, motion and rich media

Visual representations of processes

Presentations for communicating any of the above Deliver phase

Contributions to a visual design library

Visual design style guidelines and assets (e.g. CSS, Word docs, .PNGs)

Assurance that delivery matches specs (e.g. identifying deviations, owning visual design bugs)

Appropriate trade-off recommendations
