ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY:
Ankura Consulting has an exciting opportunity for an ambitious entry-level graphic designer to join the Visual Communications team. We are looking to grow a designer’s career in a full-time position with benefits. Our company is built on a culture that highly values teamwork, creativity, and innovation. The graphic designer in this position will work closely with our team to design persuasive demonstratives for use at trials, arbitrations, and other litigation-related events. This position requires an eagerness to learn to develop a solid understanding of persuasive information design with a strong emphasis in charts, graphs, timelines and relationship maps. Additionally, the Visual Communications team assists internally with branding and marketing as Ankura Consulting is rapidly expanding.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Design presentations, illustrations, animations, charts, and graphs at the direction of team leadership

Travel for client meetings and on-site engagements

Create pitch and marketing materials at the direction of team leadership

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s degree with a focus in graphic design

Demonstrated high level proficiency in PowerPoint

Demonstrated proficiency in Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat, and Excel

Strong attention to detail

Excellent communication skills – visual, written, and verbal

Flexibility – ability to travel, handle multiple tasks, and work under tight deadlines

PREFERRED SKILLS:
Proficiency in video and animation using After Effects and Premiere

Knowledge of 3D modeling/animation

Knowledge of the fundamentals of HTML5 and Javascript
