PrincetonOne has partnered with a leading medical devices & technology company with multi-site operations. This organization is a recognized leader in the sports medicine and orthopedics arena, closing out the year over $700M in revenue. They’ve made aggressive acquisitions and are now in the process of upgrading their talent across the board, in order to support their incredible growth!

My client is looking to add multiple Engineering, Manufacturing and Leadership positions throughout their organization. In addition to those roles, they are also looking for Leaders in Operational Excellence/ Continuous Improvement with experience in Lean, Kaizen or Danaher methodologies.

These positions have competitive base salaries of $105,000 to $125,000 with bonuses and stock options!)

I’m looking for (Manufacturing Engineering Leaders, Advanced Engineering Leaders, Program and Project Management Leaders and OPEX/ Continuous Improvements Leaders. These positions have competitive base salaries of $130,000 to $170,000 with bonuses and stock options!)

General Responsibilities:

  • Ability to apply engineering principles to the planning, design, manufacturing process development, documentation, and testing of surgical devices / equipment.
  • Demonstrated knowledge in Design for Manufacturability, Sustaining Engineering, Lean Methodologies / Tools, Design of Experiments (DOE), Statistical Process Control (SPC), FMEA, Validations and product and process characterizations.
  • Focus on critical deliverables and high priority projects, acting as a hands-on resource
  • Explore and pursue innovation/technologies and integrate them into state of the art products
  • Define and translate new product requirements into product designs and performance specifications including design for manufacturability
  • Experience with all standards used in the medical device industry.
  • Several roles require Corrective Action Preventive Action (CAPA) experience

General Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
  • Master’s with 3 – 5 years of experience in key leadership roles is a Plus
  • 3-5 years’ experience with Medical Device/ FDA regulated industry
  • Experience with CAD software
