Totino’s Pizza Rolls and Old El Paso are searching for a Marketing Communications Assistant Manager to help lead communication planning for Taco & Hot Snacks categories. This role will lead the strategic vision for both brands annual plans. We seek someone with strong media knowledge in the video and social spaces, experience reaching a wide range of audiences, and energy to help us accelerate growth for these two brands! This role will continue to champion the consumer first model; making meaningful connections via modern brand build practices.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Act as point for consumer communications planning
  • Manage media agency partners, leading strategic planning & tactical implementation
  • Strategize with creative development across the channel mix
  • Represent Marcomm plans and initiatives across internal and external functions
  • Lead development of team (planners) within modern brand building practices
  • Work closely with brand marketers to manage unit $40MM+ budget
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelors of Marketing, Communications or related field
  • 5+ years experience in media strategy/planning
  • Strategic planning & tactical implementation mastery across holistic channel mix
    • A focus on Video, Audio, Digital, Social, is preferred
  • Expertise across core media planning skills
    • Reach/frequency, audience sizing, plan reporting & optimization
  • Understanding of measurement, attribution, trafficking, & budget management
  • Familiarity of core media planning & measurement tools
    • Communicus, ComScore, Simmons, MRI, Nielsen, Kantar
PREFERRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCES
  • Tenacious attention to detail, and ability to steward projects from inception to completion capacity to plan strategically & execute flawlessly
  • Ability to influence across matrixed organization
  • Represent your work to across multiple functions at a Director/Executive level
