Overview:
CSRA is seeking a UI Developer to join our team in support of a new web development program with the NIH, a leading federal healthcare organization. This position is for upcoming work to start in June 2017; as part of a 9 person development team supporting one of our federal customers, a part of NIH. Position will be based at our CSRA office in Rockville, MD, working typical day shift Monday through Friday.

Responsibilities:
*Creates irresistible user interfaces for strategic product and service offerings within ITAC’s UI/UX standards and guidelines

* Work hands-on, creating interface and visual design solutions from concept to deployment handoff

* Collaborate with Project team, including UX specialist, developers, testers, and Business Analyst to ensure visual design enhances the overall user experience

* Contribute to storyboards & task flows designs, effectively communicating visual intentions to the team and users

* Be able to work with developers and testers to optimize designs for performance

Qualifications:
Required:

– Bachelor’s with minimum of 5 years’ experience or Master’s with minimum of 3 years’ experience (or comparable)

– Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction

– Proficiency in core design & wire framing software packages

-Conceptual skill and clear understanding of visual design, layout and typography

– Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process

– Hands on experience with front-end languages: HTML5, CSS3 JavaScript

– Up-to-date with the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies

– Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Desired:

– Proven UI Experience, direct to consumer a plus

– Ozone Widget Framework (OWF) / Ozone Platform (OZP)/Ozone Marketplace (OMP) is a plus
