We are looking for a Treasury Specialist for our Treasury department whose immediate role will be to handle all the bank account openings, closings and maintenance requests for the Altisource Treasury Department. The ideal candidate will have experience opening domestic and international bank accounts for a company and be able to drive the entire process with little oversight. The role will quickly transition to other Treasury functions depending on the caliber of the candidate.

WHAT YOU GET TO DO

Administer all corporate account openings, closing and maintenance for the entire company (domestic and international). Includes signature card administration and maintenance.
Create and update a tool to track all openings, closings and maintenance and provide regular updates to Treasury management
Proactively work to shut down unnecessary accounts
Work directly with the Director of Treasury and the Senior Treasury Manager on special projects.
Process checks, deposits, wires and ACH’s as needed
Provide query support to internal departments
Assist with merchant account or brokerage account administration as needed
Assist with banking portal administration and upgrades
Assist with system integrations between Altisource and our partner banks

WHAT ABOUT YOU? You have…

Treasury background with deep experience in bank administration
Experience with high-volume domestic and international bank account openings (25-30 minimum), a solid understanding of the paperwork required to open new bank accounts and project management skills
Experience with Wells Fargo CEO, JPMorgan Access or other banking platforms is a plus
Experience with ORACLE is a plus
