Treasury Assistant

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Treasury Assistant to join our team, Cristacurva, a leading glass fabricator in Houston, TX.

Job Description:

This position is responsible for working capital reporting and cash flow support function as well as investigating a variety of internal financial and operational issues. The role is supporting an integral to Operations as well as Finance.

Responsibilities:

• Reports working capital budget results weekly.
• Projects Cash Flow results weekly.
• Assists in planning weekly forecast of funds and their allocation.
• Coordinates with Accounts Payable regarding vendor payment status.
• Investigates operational and financial results, makes recommendations for waste reductions.
• Performs margin analysis functions.
• Administers waste control projects.
• Reports Key performance Indicators of business activity weekly.
• Supports Working Capital Manager as needed.
• Executes an annual Work Plan according to Working Capital team and Company Objectives.
• Will perform any other job or task as assigned.
