Treasury Analyst

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required, business or finance degree preferred
  • 1-3 years of experience, preferably in cash management operations and/or compliance at a bank or corporation
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Access, and PowerPoint
  • Experience with treasury workstation; Bloomberg or Reuters preferred
  • Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) considered a plus
  • Ability to effectively communicate with others in different locations around the world
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently with general guidance and thrive in ambiguous environments without strict structure
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent organizational skills

Who You’ll Work With
Our Global Treasury department is seeking an energetic, technologically savvy, and self-motivated individual to join our growing team.

As the Treasury Analyst, you will multitask on a variety of operational, administrative, and strategic initiatives. You’ll work in either our Tampa Service Center (TSC), located in St. Petersburg, Florida or our North American Knowledge Center (NAKC), located in Waltham, MA.

What You’ll Do
You will maintain databases of legal entities, bank accounts, signatories, inter-company loans, letters of credit, and investments while leveraging our treasury workstation and reconciling versus other internal information sources.

You will work with documentation and compliance teams within banks to fulfill ongoing KYC requests on legal entities. You will also track bank signatory changes and build reporting to support corporate and individual FBAR filings. You will be responsible for bank account opening by organizing documentation, including coordination with paralegals and external analysts.

You will also prepare high-value wire payments in e-banking portals and ensure proper authorization is completed and willwork with bank client service teams to resolve pending cases and investigations. You will reconcile interest reports, maintain standard settlement instructions, establish bank statement reporting, and settle FX transactions. You will be responsible for fund operating accounts, resolving discrepancies in cash balance and statement reporting in treasury workstation and reviewing prior day banking activity and reconciling daily cash position. You will identify opportunities for improvement and assist in projects to drive changes and liaise with various departments on treasury related inquiries including legal, shared service centers, administrative support, tax, and accounting.
