Traveling Outside Sales Representative NC, SC, GA, AL, and FL Panhandle

*Individual will be required to live in Atlanta, Augusta, Macon, or Columbia area*

This position requires minimum 3 nights of overnight travel per week.

Sales position will require individual to make sales calls on Municipal and Water Utility accounts inNC, SC, GA, AL, and the FL Panhandle, including Contractors, Distributors and Engineering firms.

*During the first 90 days, we help you to focus on identifying opportunities. You will learn and practice all the different methods of identifying prospects, while you develop a solid list of potential opportunities. You’ll learn to use our software to track opportunities, generate proposals for your prospective customers, and manage your time on a day-to-day basis. Computer Profieciency is a must.

Qualifications and Skills

1-2 years of successful inside sales experience or equal outside sales. Applicants who are applying based on experience should be able to demonstrate a history of progressively improved results. Experience in the Pipe, Valve, Fire Hydrant and Fitting, Municipal/Utility underground waterworks a plus, this includes working for underground distributors and/or Municipality/Water Utility a plus.

This position requires minimum 3 nights of overnight travel per week.

Salary: $50,000.00 to $65,000.00 /year
