MEJDI is seeking a multi-talented, team player excited by the challenge of taking amazing care of our travelers and helping to make sure the operations of our business run smoothly. The ideal candidate is fun, laid back, organized, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and excited to talk to our customers to assist in making their experience with MEJDI top notch.

Essential duties:

 Data entry

 Light phone answering and customer service for travelers visiting the Middle

East (knowledge of Israel and Palestine a HUGE plus!)

 Administrative assistance

 Available to work 20 hours per week, hours vary by season.

Requirements:

 Passion for customer service

 Travel industry customer service experience a plus

 Very detail-oriented

 Comfortable using excel and other software generally
