Training Coordinator

Your tasks and responsibilities

The primary responsibilities of this role, Training

Coordinator, are to:
Coordinate, lead and continuously improve

department orientation processes;

Coordinate on-job-training (OJT) program by

ensuring supervisors have dedicated trainer resource in place to

provide hip on hip training through qualification, develop formal

OJT learning plans, ensure training tools/documentation/LMS

activity is prepared and introduced, facilitate OJT kickoff

meeting, schedule and participate in biweekly training feedback

meetings and support OJT program through

completion;

Represent the Training Department with employee

training, learning and development as your number one priority;

participate in production area staff meetings and lead any training

conversations;

Coordinate department specific internal or external

training activities on any necessary topic, including, but not

limited to: Training progress/initiatives, Quality/cGMP, HSES, MHE,

Systems (SAP, MES, LMS, other), OE, New equipment, Technical

training or hard skill development; support coordination of similar

site wide training activities;

Design, develop and deliver technical training

modules/courses in GMP areas and in office/classroom

environments;

Maintain Qualification Cards and other learning

curricula/learning content in production areas; coordinate annual

Qualification Card review process;

Support the development and ongoing maintenance of

a site wide training matrix, assisting in the development of

training KPIs (training period definition, key measurable’s,

and visual scorecard); collect feedback and analyze data in support

of training program evaluation and continuous improvement; support

site wide training and development communication plan, specifically

production related communications .

Bayer seeks an incumbent who possesses the

following:
Required Qualifications:
Requires a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of

three years’ experience working in a training and development

related role within an FDA regulated production environment

OR an Associate’s degree and a minimum of

five years’ experience working in a training and development

related role within an FDA regulated production environment

OR eight years’ experience working in a

training and development related role within an FDA regulated

production environment;

A demonstrated ability to direct and coordinate

learning and development processes;

Knowledge of training and development as well as

organizational development is necessary for dealing with special

projects at an advanced level;

Act as an agent for positive change and to

influence and provide direction without positional

authority;

Gather and analyze information from a variety of

sources and make appropriate recommendations based on factual

information is necessary in appropriate problem solving and

decision-making areas as well as for gaining the trust of

employees;

Manage multiple priorities and stay organized under

periods of change;

Communicate in a positive, succinct, and factual

manner, both verbally and in writing is mandatory; effective

presentation skills;

A high level of interpersonal maturity is required

for the position

Possess skills working with Microsoft Applications

(Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.)
