Traffic Manager – Freight Forwarder

We are a shipping and distribution company specialized in cargo transportation to South America.

We looking for a Traffic Manager with experience in the documentation of air and ocean shipments, airway bills, bills of lading, SEDs, hazmat, negotiate with shipping lines and airlines, coordinate the preparation of air and sea shipments, in-lands, prepare and supervise segregations, inventory and re-labeling.

We only seek people with experience in freight forwarding, door-to-door shipments, consolidated and nationalized and preferably with experience with MAGAYA. Please only apply if you have experience in the preparation and handling of shipment documentation.

Accuracy and attention to detail is important for this type of work. We are looking for people with excellent customer service skills and with the ability to work under pressure, independently with little direction.

Job requirements:

* Experience in freight forwarding and freight management

* Experience with bookings, consolidations, hazmat, air and ocean freight

* Must have the ability to speak and write in Spanish and English

* Excellent customer service skills

* Extensive experience in Customer Service

Working hours are Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
