Tournament Territory Manager

Dixon Golf, makers of the world’s first high performance eco-friendly golf balls is looking for a

Territory Manager to represent Boston South.

The Territory Manager position is the perfect opportunity to work in the golf industry, spend

much of your time on the golf course, help non-profit organizations and be in charge of your

own schedule.

The Territory Manager is responsible for helping non-profit organizations raise funds through the Dixon Challenge. The primary job of the Territory Manager is to schedule the Dixon Challenge with charitable golf tournaments in the Boston South area and successfully execute these sponsorships. You will be responsible for managing inventory as well as hiring, training and managing a small staff that will represent Dixon Golf at tournaments.

Primary Duties: • Close Dixon Challenge events

• Represent Dixon Golf at Dixon Challenge Events
• Coordinate Dixon Challenge events closed by others
• Hire and train Representatives
• Manage inventory
• This is a manager position. If you are not a leader or someone with self-drive and self-discipline, this is not the position for you.
• This is a commission only based position. There is unlimited earning potential and the pay is based entirely on your success in booking events and executing them.

We are looking for individuals who pay attention to detail and have strong verbal and written communication skills. A training period is required.

The ideal candidate will:
— Have knowledge of golf

— Have management experience

— Have sales or promo experience

— Is excited and motivated to help raise money for local and national charities

— Can create a positive sponsorship relationship on the phone AND in person

Requirements:

• Be able to commit 20+ hours to Dixon Golf per week
• Be willing to manage a team of Representatives
• Have superior follow-up skills
• Have reliable transportation
