SUMMARY
General hardware, Windows, and Mac support, software and application support, including troubleshooting, deployment, installation, and end-user support. In addition, willing and capable of learning and using new technologies and concepts.

Staff and Student Device Setup and Deployment
Desktop and Laptop OS Imaging
Client Help Desk Support
Troubleshooting
Software Support
Other Duties as Assigned
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor’s Degree preferred or evidence of appropriate training/experience
PREFERRED TECHNOLOGY SKILLS:
Apple OS support and troubleshooting
Microsoft OS support and troubleshooting
Chrome OS support and troubleshooting
Comprehension of Active Directory
SALARY
$23.50 at 1950 Hours (12 Months)
LANGUAGE SKILLS:
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures. Ability to write reports and documentation of work. Ability to interact and effectively communicate with staff, administrators, students, and the general public. Ability to communicate with vendors, third-party tech support and other providers.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS:
Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistics in the setup and interpretation of reports.
REASONING ABILITY:
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with abstract and concrete variables.
OTHER SKILLS and ABILITIES:
Ability to apply knowledge of current research and theory in specific field. Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with students, staff and the school community. Ability to speak clearly and concisely both in oral and written communication. Ability to perform duties with awareness of all district requirements and Board of Education policies.
