RESPONSIBILTIES AND QUALIFICATIONS:

Must have at least 4 years of experience in the designing, deploying, monitoring, configuring and troubleshooting of enterprise solutions using TIBCO BusinessWorks and BusinessConnect in a health care environment.
4+ years of experience with web services, ESB, SOA, distributed applications and interoperability – understanding of web service protocols such as SOAP and REST
Extensive hands-on experience with message-oriented Middleware, Tibco, Java, and other relevant technologies (i.e., XML, XPath, HTTP, JMS, IBM WebSphere MQ, EMS and RV).
Extensive experience with RDBMS (especially Oracle), SQL, PL/SQL.
Proficient with the following tools and skills: Data Query Tools (TOAD, PL/SQL Developer, etc).
Must have at least 6 years of experience with enterprise application integration development with solid working knowledge of Windows and UNIX.
Must have working experience with HIPAA EDI X12s using TIBCO Business Connect.
Highly desired EDI X12 transaction sets: Claims submission (837); Claims payment (835); Enrollment (834); Eligibility inquiry (270); Eligibility response (271); Claim status request (276); Claim status response (277); Service review (278); Group premium payment (820)
Experience with TIBCO BPM tools is a plus.
Must have strong knowledge with Web Services concepts.
