Territory Sales Manager

Full time, Monday – Friday position at O’Rourke Sales Company in the Sales Department as a Territory Sales Manager. Individual is responsible for the direct sales of OSC product assortment to new and existing accounts within designated territory using various communication methods.

Compensation: Salary + Commission

Territory: Alabama, Georgia, South Carolina, Mississippi and Florida.

Responsibilities:

· Travel a minimum of three day a week, including over night stays to visit current and prospective dealers.

· Office hours on non travel days from 8-5pm.

· Maintain accurate and update to date call records

· Maintain up to date product knowledge

· Initiate communication and contact to current and perspective dealers to determine customer need.

· Present product availability, and recommend best product assortment mix to maximize sales.

· Process orders in a timely manner.

· Strong interface with logistics and financial service personnel for resolution of credit issues, product order flow and service issues.

· Address customer concerns and questions in a prompt and professional manner.

· Present and implement OSC marketing programs and promotions.

· Reach sales and gross margin quotas.

· Communicate and interact as a team member with all departments.

Job Qualifications:

· Possess consumer electronics and/or home appliance product knowledge.

· Strong working knowledge of computers and software programs such as Microsoft Word, Excel, power point and order processing systems.

· Strong interpersonal, organizational, business planning and communication skills.

· Individual must be able to thrive in a team environment and independently to demonstrate an ability to generate innovative ideas and drive sales initiative

· Ability to follow up on account leads, setup, and develop new ways to grow customer business by adding to existing mix.

· Personal car use for travel
