Territory Sales Manager

Altitude Business Group is a growing independent agency that is looking to expand its impact in the Phoenix market. We are hiring immediately for a B2B Territory Sales Manager who will work directly with our National Sales Director to grow our client base in the area. This is an outside business-to-business sales role, and we are looking for someone who can get up to speed quickly on the sales side so that they can transition into a role focused primarily on building a sales force in Phoenix and the surrounding areas.

Our company has increased new sales 172% over the last 3 years, and we are looking for a key player who would enjoy the benefits of continued double-digit sales growth. The position offers the ability to earn over $100,000 in your first year, and the chance to move into a Sales Management position within 4-8 weeks.

The compensation package includes:
a weekly draw

uncapped commissions

lifetime vested renewal commissions
