Telerecruiter: Make a difference in your community! As a team member of our call center, you will be accountable for achieving individual, department and company blood collection goals to meet the blood supply needs of Rhode Island. You must be positive and professional and be able to work effectively with a variety of customers to secure blood donation appointments. You must be enthusiastic, goal-oriented and self-motivated, with the ability to negotiate in a fast-paced and demanding environment. A high school diploma or equivalency, with excellent customer service and strong computer skills are required.

We have 3 Part time work schedules that vary from 19, 16 and 12 hours per week and could include a combination of day, evening and weekend shifts. The position is located at the center in Providence, RI.
