Technology Modernization Project Manager

• Align outcomes to overall Technology Modernization goals by delivering thought leadership and bringing consultative and best practice experience.
• Contribute tactical leadership of multiple Technology Modernization workstream activities including developing project approaches and plans, identification and tracking of key milestones, monitoring task execution and identifying and mitigating key risks.
• Execute and track efforts to optimize realization of benefits (e.g., support of digital strategies, risk remediation, financial savings, and speed to market), identify gaps and propose solutions to close the gaps.
• Develop partnerships with key stakeholders and ensures the solutions are as streamlined and efficient as possible.
• Direct large project teams through influence (i.e., without direct reporting lines) and manage the work of one or more Associates as dictated by the respective workstreams.

Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree.
• Management consulting experience.
• Experience in technology transformation or application modernization.
• Experience in change management a plus.
• Financial services experience a plus.
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
