‘In the role of Technology Lead, you will interface with key stakeholders and apply your technical proficiency across different stages of the Software Development Life Cycle including Requirements Elicitation, Application Architecture definition, and Design. You will play an important role in creating the high-level design artifacts. You will also deliver high-quality code deliverables for a module, lead validation for all types of testing and support activities related to implementation, transition and warranty. Location for this position is Chicago, IL. This position may require travel and or relocation

Qualifications
Basic

Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
At least 4 years of experience in Information Technology

Preferred

At least 4 years of experience in TSO, COBOL, DB2, VSAM, JCL and CICS .

At least 2 year experience with job scheduling using CA7 and Control M.
Experience and understanding of Z/OS, Mainframe databases IMS & DB2 and SQL, JCL and Debugging.
Experience in Monitoring – event response and event management are preferred (RMF/SMF/MICS/MXG, CA-Sysview)
Experience in reviews and implementation of system upgrades and/or enhancements and makes recommendations to management on opportunities for improvement.
Must possess the ability to quickly adapt to new systems and processes
Experience with troubleshooting skills.
Ability to work in the team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environments
Experience with Capital Markets or financial domain is preferred.
Analytical and communication skills
Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment
Able to work in 24/7 on-call support for production environment
Ability to support working outside of normal business hours to provide after hour or"on-call" support when necessary to solve high profile issues or complete critical path projects. and that also involves on-call work out of business hours work, offshore coordination.

The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
