Job Summary:

TekMyBiz, a faith based Managed Service Provider (MSP) providing technology support to faith-based organizations in Colorado Springs, has exciting opportunities for a Level 1 technician in our rapidly growing IT managed services division. Duties and Responsibilities:

The Technology Consultant maintains client computer networks and technology like mobile devices and tablets. Our clients range from churches and non-profits to businesses. Much of the work is problem solving and taking direction from the Senior Consultant on how to resolve any given problem. Mostly working in the Microsoft world but Mac and Linux also.

Client support both on site and via remote desktop connection
Server, PC and MAC repair of both hardware and software
Reload PC & MAC operating systems
Server administration
Maintain and develop corporate image and reputation, and protect and develop the company’s brands via suitable client relations and hard work.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Self-motivated
Proficient in Microsoft, and Apple operating systems
Knowledgeable about networking and client/server
Excellent in problem solving
Knowledge of Cisco products helpful but not required
Willing to learn how to do Technology the TMB way
College Student working on technology degree fits well

Nature of Work Environment

While performing the duties of this job, you may be required to walk, stand, sit, reach with hands and arms, balance, stoop, speak with clarity, and have appropriate vision and hearing capabilities. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.

This job is part time. Total work hours = 16 hours per week. 2 days of a week.
