Technical Support Analyst

JOB DESCRIPTION

Seeking a proven versatile technical support analyst with experience including help desk functions, troubleshooting and hardware support. Provide high levels of user support for multi warehouse Third Party Logistics operation.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Provide high levels of customer service with user community.
• A self-starter to work independently as well as follow instructions with focus and good attention to detail.
• Help desk support and troubleshooting.
• Microsoft Windows and Office support.
• Install/support desktops and printers.
• Document technical processes.
• Backup network administrator.
• Firewall configuration and support.
• Manage IT fixed asset inventory.
• Develop basic knowledge of all application software to increase help desk problem solving.
• Document and develop knowledge of corporate network and backup solutions for support purposes.
• Develop scripting skills to support labeling projects.
• ZPL (Zebra) coding and support.
• Phone system support.
• Manage and complete all special projects as assigned by Manager.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum of Bachelor’s degree in Technology related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of (3) year’s technical support experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Intermediate level knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
• Excellent problem solving skills.
• Ability to cooperate and communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, with users, technical staff and management.
