Technical Program Manager

You must be an energetic self-starter with a desire to learn new things quickly with project management experience to implement scalable, high-performance software, and manage modern infrastructure systems through code.

As a Technical Program Manager, you’ll be part of the Cloud DevOps team and work to streamline, coordinate, and communicate activities across the team.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the DevOps team by providing Agile processes and frameworks that enable them to successfully deliver their projects.
  • Analyzing data and providing reports to the development teams to improve service delivery.
  • Managing existing and new technical programs that involve the broader engineering organization.
  • Managing technical implementation to onboard new customers.
  • Produce technical documentation for infrastructure services and processes
  • Interface and coordinate with many teams simultaneously
  • Must be able to work effectively in fluid environments
  • Process Improvement – evaluate existing processes to see where changes can be made and help design new processes to help the DevOps team continue to scale with the business and company.
  • Work effectively with highly technical engineering teams, with a track record of helping them deliver against a backlog
  • Experience with or a base understanding of Security, Compliance, and Data Privacy issues and work with auditors around our yearly and continual compliance efforts.

Skills & Experience:

  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong technical engineering background and skills
  • BS or Advanced Degree in an engineering or other technical field (computer science, cryptography, mathematics, etc.) – or equivalent work experience
  • 5+ years of experience in an engineering or related field
  • Experience on more or more technical platforms, with Cloud experience (Azure or AWS) strongly desired
  • Experience influencing engineering teams and driving them via their development cycle to deliver Security (or other) non-feature improvement/enhancement
