Systems and Network Administrator

BulkReefSupply.com is a growing online retailer of top quality products for saltwater aquarium hobbyists. We currently have an opportunity for a Systems and Network Administrator on our Tech team. The Systems and Network Administrator is responsible for configuring, installing, and supporting the organization’s local area network. This position will also contribute to (Python,PHP,Bash, and Powershell) software development projects.

Responsibilities include:

• Windows network setup, maintenance, troubleshooting, and support
• Troubleshoot vendor applications and work with vendors to resolve issues
• Order, assemble, configure, install and support Windows workstations for staff
• Improve business applications (Sage, Scanforce, OzLink, UPS Worldship) integration and workflow
• Microsoft Outlook client support
• Write software in Python that eliminates bottlenecks and improves reliability in our ERP systems

Qualifications include:

• Associates degree in Information Technology Management Information Systems or related field preferred or equivalent combination of skills, training and experience
• Ability to interpret and solve tactical problems
• Ability to present complex data in an understandable and relevant manner
• Experience with vendor applications: Netsuite, Sage 100, Ozlink, UPS Worldship, Scanforce preferred
• Strong interpersonal, written and communication skills
• Organized and detail oriented
