Systems Analyst

The Systems Analyst is responsible for troubleshooting and resolving Technical and Application Support calls/e-mails that come into the queue, performing client training sessions during system implementations, and providing remote and on-site implementation assistance for new and current clients. The analyst must be able to travel within the US, Canada, and Mexico.

Qualifications:

• Some Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) experience, Automotive Industry a plus
• Relevant experience with EDI standards format, including Shipping and ASN Fulfillment series documents such as 856, 997, 830, 850, 862 and others
• An ability to drive and facilitate the requirements gathering process, conduct gap analysis, and create functional requirements documentation
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Work within a team environment
• Enthusiastic, positive and internally driven
• Strong sense of urgency and customer service minded
• Ability to multi-task and to work under general supervision

Education/Work-experience Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field of study is preferred
• 2+ Years experience in technical customer support
• 2+ Years Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) experience
• Microsoft SQL Server experience
• Technical proficiency of PC platforms (Windows 7, Microsoft Office Suite)
